Eric R. Winnert is an attorney at Lipsitz, Ponterio & Comerford, and he joined the firm in 2022.  He assists the firm’s litigators in conducting research, drafting and editing motions, discovery and trial preparation, and the representation of individuals suffering from occupational diseases, including mesothelioma and lung cancer.

He received his J.D. from the Ohio Northern University Petit College of Law, and he received his B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
