WHEN:  TUESDAY, APRIL 21, 2020, 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.

This forum will benefit former employees of Durez Plastics, and those current and former neighborhood residents surrounding the now abandoned site at the corner of Walck and Nash Roads in North Tonawanda.  If you or other family members worked at Durez, or lived or worked on the outskirts of Durez, even briefly, between 1959 and 1979, we urge you to attend the seminar on April 21st.  If you began your employment at Durez or moved into the neighborhood after 1979, you should have no risk of developing mesothelioma or another asbestos disease from past operations at Durez.

Durez Plastics also manufactured phenol, and the phenol manufacturing process was responsible for soil and water contamination that persisted for many years.  We will also discuss this potential health hazard.

Seating is limited. Please RSVP by Tuesday, April 14, 2020by calling (716) 849-0701 or email: mea@lipsitzponterio.com to reserve your space.
