BUFFALO, NEW YORK – Lipsitz, Ponterio & Comerford, LLC, is pleased to announce that Jillian M. Ponterio has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Ms. Ponterio will focus her practice on the representation of individuals suffering from occupational diseases, including mesothelioma and lung cancer.
Ms. Ponterio was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. She received her J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. She received her B.A., cum laude, in Economics from Canisius College. While pursuing her Juris Doctor degree, Ms. Ponterio was employed as a law clerk at Lipsitz, Ponterio & Comerford and assisted the firm’s litigators in conducting research, trial preparation, as well as drafting and editing motions.
